F.E.N.C.E
FENCE is an acronym for Families of Episcopalians Nurturing within the College Environment. Currently, there is one active component to this ministry. It is referred to as the Family Component. The goal of this component is to keep the AECST’s undergraduate college students involved in the life of the Episcopal Church while attending college away from home. In October 2015, we began planning for a second component involving the mentoring of students from the community at-large who attend regional colleges. Roll-out is anticipated for the 2017-2018 academic year. FENCE is administered by a coordinator, with support from the AECST’s assistant rector who is responsible for youth and young adult ministries and programs. more...

The Anderson Scholarship Committee
The purpose of this committee is to provide financial help to deserving high school students from three area high schools, who are pursuing a college education in a two or four year institution. This help takes the form of modest grants to help with books or incidental expenses.  more...

The Teen Youth Program
A weekly program designed for the Christian teenagers who meet on Sundays during our regular worship service in the SOULdiers4Christ study room.
-learn relevant lessons on spirituality, self, and society
-watch movies on selected Sundays
-play games: basketball, darts, table tennis, etc.
-eat dinner together
-interact with both fellow young people as well as adult instructors in a caring and loving environment
-make trips for educational or entertainment purposes.
